What a program is#
In Texture, a program is the offering you enroll members into and run events against — for example a demand-response, grid-services, rebate, or VPP initiative. The label is descriptive; it isn’t a fixed type you pick in the dashboard.
Under the hood, Texture also tracks a program instance (your workspace’s copy of a program) and enrollments (each member’s participation). Day to day in the dashboard you work with the program you selected — enrollments, events, monitoring, and reports all hang off that selection.
Visibility#
- Public — In the catalog for any organization to activate (for example a statewide program such as DSGS).
- Private — Only available to the organizations it was created for; not in the general catalog.
States#
- Active — Accepting enrollment.
- Inactive — Not accepting new enrollments.
Programs in the dashboard#
Open Programs in the left navigation.
