Add a program

Add a program to your workspace by creating a new one or activating an existing one

In the Texture dashboard, open Programs → Configuration.

Activate a programThe program already exists in the catalog, such as a public statewide program, and you need it in this workspace.

Create a program#

  1. On Configuration, click Create program and fill in the fields below.

Basic information#

Eligibility & terms#

New programs are created as active, meaning available for enrollment.

Activate an existing program#

Use Activate a program when the program is already in the catalog: a public program open to any organization, or one already available to yours.

  1. On Configuration, click Activate a program. This opens the program catalog.
  2. Select the Organization tab for programs already available to your organization, or the Public tab for statewide or open programs.
  3. Find the program and click Activate on the variant you want to add. A variant defines the enrollment flow for that program. Most programs have a single default variant; some offer multiple for different eligibility tiers or geographies.
  4. Confirm in the dialog.

After you add a program#

Texture takes you to Programs → Configuration where the program is now listed. Continue setup: set up your enrollment form.
