Monitor an event in progress
Track which devices were dispatched and how they responded
While an event is running (or after it completes), open the event detail page to watch participation and spot devices that did not respond.
Open the event#
- Open Programs → Program Events.
- Select the program if needed.
- Click the event in the list (status In Progress while the window is active, or Completed after it ends).
Event statuses (including Draft) are defined on Schedule an event. From an In Progress or Completed event’s detail page, View report jumps to Reports for that window.
What to watch#
Actions#
The Actions list shows each phase of the event (operating mode, time window, minimum reserve when relevant) and each action’s status (for example In Progress or Completed).
Participation summary#

| Overall Response Rate | Share of eligible device commands that completed successfully. |
These KPIs appear once the event is In Progress or Completed (or as soon as device result data is available).
Site and device table#
Each row is a participating site/device. Typical columns:

| Response | Share of that device’s dispatch commands that completed, shown as a progress bar (0% = no response, 100% = full), or a status badge for a single command. Low or empty response is your non-responder signal. |
| Grid Energy | Net energy with the grid for the window when attributed (↑ export / ↓ import). A dash means no measurable net flow was attributed for that device. |
Click a row for device-level detail (command timeline and state history) when you need to investigate a weak response. Low or empty response means the device did not dispatch — check connectivity under Monitoring or note the site for post-event follow-up. Texture does not automatically re-dispatch failed devices.
