Read post-event reports
Event Performance, Device Participation, and Program Health
Open Reports on the program, or jump straight from a finished event via View report.
Controls#
At the top of Reports, choose the Program, Date range (Last 24h / 7d / 30d, or a custom range), and Asset type (battery, charger, EV, or thermostat). Three tabs organize the data:
- Event Performance — energy and participation across events in the range
- Device Participation — per-device contribution for a selected event
- Program Health — device reliability over time
You can export CSV or Excel from Event Performance and Device Participation. Program Health has no export.
Event Performance#
Summarizes completed events in the selected range. The KPI row shows events completed, devices enrolled, devices participated, and success rate.
Energy Metric toggle#
When battery data is available, an Energy Metric toggle appears on the heatmap. It controls what the headline kWh card, average peak kW card, and heatmap cells are measuring:

| Battery (default) | Energy in and out of the battery cells, derived from state-of-charge. Per-battery with no whole-site mix. |
| Net at Meter | Net energy exchanged between the site and the grid. Solar, loads, and every device behind the meter can move this number — it can differ from or even oppose what the battery alone did. |
Heatmap#
The heatmap shows one row per event and one column per hour. Switch between Energy Comparison and Device Participation views using the toggle above it. Command markers overlay each cell to show which operating mode Texture had active that hour, so you can line telemetry up against the schedule. Use Customize hours to narrow the view to a specific window.
Device Participation#
Select a specific event to see per-device results. Three summary cards show how many devices were enrolled, how many participated, and how many did not.
The device table lists each device with its member, participation status, kWh contribution, and response time. When you select a specific event, two additional toggles appear in the table header:

This tab is most useful when you want a post-hoc list of non-responders, or when a partner asks for a participation cut of a specific window.
Program Health#
This tab is a rolling view of whether enrolled devices stay online and responsive — not a single-event scoreboard. The date range options are Last 30 / 60 / 90 days, or a custom range up to 90 days.
Four summary cards show total devices, online, offline, and needs attention counts. In the device table, any device flagged under Needs attention carries one or more issue labels:

| Long response times | The device is slow to acknowledge commands |
| Offline > 7 days | The device hasn't reported in more than a week |
Using the three tabs together#
- After an event, open Event Performance to see whether the window delivered.
- If a particular event looks weak, switch to Device Participation for that event to find which devices missed and why.
- Before scheduling the next event, check Program Health to confirm the fleet is still in good shape.
Then loop back to Schedule an event.
