Share the enrollment page and confirm members can sign up

Texture hosts, you distribute

Texture hosts the enrollment page. Outreach is yours — share the link by email, portal, campaign site, or any channel that reaches your members.

Once the enrollment form is ready, get the enrollment URL and share it with eligible members.

  1. In the Texture dashboard, open Programs → Configuration.
  2. Find the program card and click View enrollment page to open and copy the URL.
  3. Send the URL to the members who should join.

Confirm enrollments are arriving#

After you share the link:

  1. Open Programs → Enrollments.
  2. Select the program.
  3. Check that new applicants appear and move through stages.
