Share a URL, export a CSV, or open a one-line diagram on a second screen

Send the same view#

The address bar tracks the element you have selected and the active filters, so copying the URL and sending it takes anyone in the workspace to the same map with the same filters and panel open. The Copy link button in the top bar is a shortcut that appears only when a saved view is loaded and unmodified — for everything else, copy from the address bar, which carries the same filter and selection state.

Recipients must be signed in. If a session has expired, Texture prompts for login and then returns them to the shared view.

Saved views are personal

Saved views belong to your account — a colleague will not see them in their dropdown. Send a URL instead, since filters and selection travel with the link. See Save a view for how to create and manage them.

Export a list as CSV#

In Explore, open Sites or Meters, then click Table view to switch from the map to a list. Click Export to download the matching set.

Texture downloads the matching set using the columns you currently have visible. The export covers the full matching set rather than only the rows on screen, and if the matching set is too large to export, a warning asks you to refine the filters.

Open a one-line on a second screen#

On a substation, or another element SCADA covers, open One-Line Diagram and then Open in new window. Reading the schematic itself is covered in Read a one-line.

That window contains only the schematic and its readings, with no surrounding navigation, and it refreshes automatically while open. If the person viewing it is signed out, logging back in returns them to this window rather than to the main dashboard.

When One-Line Diagram is absent, SCADA does not cover that element and there is nothing to open. Meter-derived telemetry in the panel is still available; see Find and inspect an asset.
