Manage members and security

This page is for an organization admin. Here, a member is a person in your organization who signs in to Texture, not a member enrolled in a program. Only admins can invite people, manage roles, and manage organization settings such as SSO and multi-factor authentication.

Invite members and manage roles#

  1. Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the email address and choose a role: Admin or User.

Invited people get an email with a link to create their account or sign in. To change another member's role, use the same page.

Require multi-factor authentication (MFA)#

  1. Go to Settings → Organization.
  2. Turn on Multi-Factor Authentication.

When Texture prompts for MFA, it emails the member a six-digit verification code.

Single sign-on (SSO)#

To have your team sign in through your identity provider, see Enable SSO.

Compliance#

Texture is SOC 2 Type II compliant. To request a copy of the SOC 2 report, visit the Trust Portal or contact us.
