Overview

The Lunar Gridshare integration connects Texture with Lunar Energy's grid-edge DERMS platform. Gridshare is a cloud-based software platform that manages home batteries, electric vehicles, EV chargers, thermostats, heating and cooling devices, and commercial & industrial resources — collectively known as distributed energy resources (DERs) — to optimize the grid and help customers maximize the value of their energy.

Built from the device up, Gridshare delivers per-household forecasting and home energy management system (HEMS) optimization that combines to provide best-in-class aggregate forecasting and virtual power plant (VPP) dispatch at scale. With over 850 million hours of experience optimizing residential DERs across multiple complex markets worldwide, Gridshare understands what it takes to deliver compelling customer experiences alongside advanced grid-edge DERMS services.
